WHO WE LOOK FOR
We encourage students of all majors and backgrounds to apply - no business curriculum or consulting experience is required! We look for students from all grade levels who are enthusiastic and have an interest in pursuing consulting as a potential career. Students with passion, a keen desire to learn, and a strong interest in consulting would fit well in our organization.
APPLICATION PROCESS
The Consulting Club at USC conducts member recruitment at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters.
Our recruitment process begins with identical information sessions, one of which we strongly encourage prospective members to attend. Written applications will be due the weekend after the information sessions, and if you are selected to the interview round, your interview will take place the following week. The interview will be a combination of a standard behavioral interview and some logic and a market sizing question, which test for the logical reasoning and quantitative skills that a career in consulting requires.
